Bring Calendar

Make room for
a great gathering.

Connect the event, the space, and the people getting it ready. Give your ministry team one plan from the first request to the last chair put away.

WedYouth nightSample plan

One gathering.
The whole evening planned.

Families arrive for6:30–8:00 p.m.Youth night in the main hall
  1. Get the room ready

Set out 60 chairs. Keep the entrance clear.

  2. Welcome everyone in

    The attendee event begins.

  3. Pack away together

    Return equipment and finish cleanup.

  4. Room available again

    Ready for the next gathering.

Families see the event time. Staff reserve the room for the full setup-to-cleanup window.

The event ends at eight.
The room is ready at nine.

Cleanup is part of the booking. Bring checks the time your team actually needs, so an 8:15 room request cannot slip into a 5:00–9:00 reservation.

From an idea
to a ready room.

Every step has a purpose. Your team stays in control of what is proposed, what is booked, and what families can see.

  1. 1

    Draft the gathering

Add dates, headcount, rooms, equipment, and the people responsible for setup.

  2. 2

    Review the request

Collect the required approvals and resolve conflicts. Approval alone does not reserve the room.

  3. 3

    Confirm the booking

Activate the plan to confirm availability and reserve the space and equipment together.

  4. 4

    Share and prepare

Publish attendee details when ready. Staff work from assigned tasks and a printable run sheet.

Keep the moving
pieces together.

Built around the details ministry teams need before, during, and after a gathering.

A shared view of the week

Switch between month, week, day, agenda, and room views. Find events by campus, coordinator, category, or planning status.

Rooms and equipment that add up

Check room capacity, available chairs, opening hours, and setup buffers together. See conflicts before a plan becomes a confirmed booking.

A clear handoff to your team

Give people assigned checklists, due times, layout files, and setup instructions. See what is ready and what still needs attention.

A plan you can use again

Start from an event template or reusable room layout. Plan weekly, biweekly, and monthly gatherings and review changes to recurring dates.

Requests in one place

Share a request form with offered rooms and the questions your team needs answered. Requesters receive a private status link while staff review the proposal.

The right details for families

Publish attendee times and descriptions while keeping operational notes private. Share a public calendar or a one-way calendar subscription.

A useful plan for each person

Less guessing.
A clearer handoff.

Coordinators shape the event. Approvers review the proposal. Setup teams know what to do next. Families get the details they need to join in.

For the team on the ground

Complete assigned setup and cleanup tasks on the web or in the native app. Changes are confirmed online, and readiness reflects the active plan.

For the coordinator looking ahead

Review room use, approval turnaround, and task completion. Keep registrations connected when dates change and preserve event history when a gathering is canceled.

Open your planning workspace

An administrator enables Calendar in Settings and assigns staff access. Public sharing is enabled separately.

A few planning
questions.

Does this replace our existing events?

Calendar adds room bookings and operational planning to Bring’s events. Registration, payments, and attendance stay connected to the event. Existing events do not automatically acquire facilities reservations.

Can we change a recurring gathering?

Yes. Review a proposal for one occurrence or that occurrence and future dates. Existing bookings remain in place while the change is reviewed; activation checks the affected dates together.

Can people outside our ministry request a room?

Yes, through an enabled request form. A request creates a private draft for review and a limited status link for the requester. Submitting a request does not reserve space.

Does Calendar sync both ways with other apps?

Bring supports ICS imports, exports, and one-way subscriptions for published events. Subscription updates depend on the other calendar app’s refresh schedule. Two-way Google, Outlook, and Planning Center synchronization is not included.

Plan the details.
Be there for the people.
